    Purchase a disposable foil pan to grill the herbed potatoes. Or, make a pan using a 12-inch square of double thickness of heavy foil. Fold up the sides to make a pan.

    Rosemary New Potatoes


    • 1 pound small new potatoes, halved
    • 2 tablespoons margarine or butter, melted
    • 2 teaspoons snipped fresh rosemary or 1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary, crushed
    • 1/8 teaspoon chili powder
    • 1 tablespoon snipped fresh chives

    Recipe



    1. In a greased 8x8x2-inch foil pan, arrange raw potatoes. Stir together margarine or butter, rosemary, and chili powder. Pour over potatoes; toss to coat.


    2. Arrange preheated coals around a drip pan in a covered grill. Test for medium-hot heat above the pan. Place foil pan containing potatoes over the drip pan. Cover and grill for 25 minutes. Add chives; cover and grill for 5 to 10 minutes more or until potatoes are tender. Season with salt and pepper, if desired.

    Makes 4 side-dish servings
