Scalloped Onions

List of Ingredients
16 oz. bag of frozen boiled onions thawed
1 can of cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. sharp shredded cheddar cheese
3/4 c. crushed corn bread stuffing mixed with 1-2 T. melted margarine to taste
Recipe
Put onions into a 1 1/2 qt. casserole . Mix soup and cheese and pour over it onions . Top with crumbs blended with a little dried parsley for color . Bake at 350o for 30 min. or until heated through .
Nice way to spark up those humdrum meals !
Try using veggie medleys, spinach (of course), or broccoli .
