1 lb. carrots, julienned
1 Tbs. brown sugar
1 tsp. cornstarch
1/4 C. orange juice
2 Tbs. margarine or butter
Recipe
Place carrots and a small amount of water in a saucepan, cover and cook until tender. Meanwhile in another sauce pan combine brown sugar and cornstarch. Stir in orange juice until smooth. Bring to a boil; cook and stir for 2 minutes or until thickened and bubbly. Stir in butter.
Drain carrots; top with orange juice mixture and toss to coat....4 servings.
