    Ham and Broccoli Fettuccine

    8 ounces uncooked dried fettuccine
    1/2 cup of butter or margarine
    2 cups fresh broccoli flowerets
    1/2 cup fresh mushrooms
    1/2 teaspoon finely chopped fresh garlic
    1/4 cup chopped fresh parsely
    1 cup whipping cream
    1/4 teaspoon pepper
    3/4 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
    6 ounces cubed left over ham

    Cook fettucinne in a dutch oven according to package directions. Drain and set aside. In the same pan, melt margarine. Add broccoli, mushrooms, and garlic; cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until broccoli is crispy tender (4-5 minutes). Stir in parsley, cream and pepper. Continue cooking, stirring occassionally, until heaterd through (4 to 5 minutes). Sitr in fettuccine, 3/4 cup Parmesan cheese and ham. Continue cooking, stirring occassionally, until heated through and cheese is melted (4-6 minutes). Serve with additional Parmesan cheese.
