Herbed Linguine Alfredo with Parmesan and Cream
1 lb. linguine (cooked according to directions on package)
1/2 cup butter
1 cup cream
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese or more to taste
1/4 t. basil
1/4 t. oregano
2 T. chopped chives
1 T. chopped parsley
Salt and white pepper to taste (remember, white pepper is stronger than black pepper)
Recipe
Drain linguine and keep warm. In a pan, heat butter with cream. Add the remaining ingredients and stir until smooth. Pour over the linguine and serve at once.
