    Linguine and Sausage

    1 lb. Perri Italian Sausage
    1/2 cup Heavy Cream
    1 tsp. Chopped Tarragon
    1 tsp. Chopped Parsley
    3/4 cup Chicken Stock
    1 lb. Linguine
    1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese
    Pinch Red Pepper Crushed
    Salt and Pepper to Taste

    Recipe



    Squeeze sausage out of casings and brown in a frying pan until cooked through and crumbly. Drain and discard fat. Add cream, tarragon, parsley and chicken stock. Simmer for 15 minutes then add a bit of butter. Cook pasta and mix with sausage mixture. Top with Parmesan cheese and serve.
    Serves 5
