    serves 6

    1/4 cup minced fresh onion
    1 cup finely chopped mushroom
    1 tsp water

    3 cup cooked pasta (9 pt)

    3 cooked chicken breasts - in tiny cubes (9 pt)
    1 cup peas (1 pt)

    3/4 cup reduced fat peanut butter - chunky (24 pt)
    3/4 cup water
    1 TBP honey (1 pt)
    3 TBP soy sauce

    Recipe



    Mix together onion, mushroom, and water in a microwave bowl and cook
    in the microwave until everything is totally limp.

    Use a blender or food processer and mix the peanut butter, water,
    honey, and soy sauce. Add more water if too thick.

    In a serving bowl toss the pasta, sauce, peas, and chicken. Mix in
    onion/mushroom mixture. Equaly good warm or just at room temperature.

    Your kids will go YUM!!!!! Odds are you will too.
    Granted this recipe is a bit heavier than some of my others. But this
    is great for a day when you'll be eating light otherwise.

    Serves 6 at 7.3 pts each.
