Stuffed Shells with Pesto Sauce

2 c. no fat ricotta
2 c. no fat mozarella
2 c. no fat parmesan
3 egg whites and 1 yolk
3 T. pesto sauce
12 oz. jumbo shells
Recipe
Mix first five ingredients together. Place generous tablespoon in each shell. Place in greased 3 qt. casserole dish
and cover with spaghetti sauce,top with freshly grated romano cheese and cover with aluminum foil. Bake at 350 for 30 - 45 min.
