    Caramel S'mores Cheesecake Bars

    1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
    1/3 cup butter, melted
    1/4 cup sugar
    2 (8-ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
    1 (13.4-ounce) can dulce de leche caramel
    1 teaspoon vanilla
    1/4 teaspoon salt
    3 eggs
    6 (1.55-ounce) Hershey's® Milk Chocolate Candy Bars, coarsely chopped, divided
    2 cups miniature marshmallows

    Line 9x13-inch baking pan with parchment paper, leaving an overlap of paper on two sides of pan.

    Combine graham cracker crumbs, butter and sugar; press into bottom of prepared pan.

    In large mixer bowl, beat cream cheese, dulce de leche, vanilla and salt until smooth. Add eggs; beat until well combined. Stir in 1/2 of chopped candy bars; pour into crust. Sprinkle with remaining candy bars and marshmallows.

    Bake in preheated 350 F oven until center is almost set (35-40 minutes). Cool to room temperature on wire rack. Refrigerate, covered, several hours or overnight.

    Remove from pan using edges of parchment paper; cut into bars. Store, covered, in the refrigerator.

    Amount: 42 bars
