Makes 3 1/2 dozen
2 cups rice krispies
2 cups flour
1/4 to 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
1 cup butter or margarine
2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
3/4 tsp salt, or to taste
Recipe
In large bowl, combine rice cereal, flour, cayenne pepper, butter, cheese and salt. Mix well. Roll into 1 inch balls and place on baking sheet. Flatten with fork. Bake at 350 degrees 15 to 20 minutes.
