Fruit Salsa & Cinnamon Chips

1 Qt. Strawberries, diced
2 Kiwi Berries, diced
2 Apples, diced
2 tbsp. Apple Butter
2 tbsp. Brown Sugar
¼ Cup Orange Juice
Orange Zest
Cinnamon Chips:
1 pkg. Flour Tortillas
Water
Cinnamon & Sugar Mixture
Toss all ingredients and serve with Cinnamon Chips
Cinnamon Chips:
Lightly brush a tortilla with water, avoid getting too wet. Sprinkle with Cinnamon/Sugar mixture. Cut into chips with sharp knife or pizza cutter. Place on pizza stone or cookie sheet. Bake at 450 degrees for about 8 minutes or until the edges begin to curl up. Avoid over cooking as the sugar can burn.
