KAHLÚA TORTILLAS W/ CINNAMON MAPLE BUTTE

8 3/4 C. all-purpose flour
1 C. lard
1 T. salt
1 1/2 T. granulated sugar
1 1/2 T. baking powder
2 C. water
3/4 C. Kahlúa liqueur
Recipe
Mix flour, lard, salt, sugar and baking powder in mixer. Add 1 cup of the water and Kahlúa. Mix. Add more water as needed for desired consistency. Mix on low speed for 7 minutes.
Roll dough into about 40 balls.
Place one ball on a floured surface. Roll in one direction with medium pressure. Flip tortilla and roll in other direction.
Cook over medium heat for 20 seconds. Flip and cook opposite side.
Repeat with remaining dough balls. Serve with Cinnamon Maple Butter.
Makes about 40 tortillas.

Cinnamon Maple Butter:
1 lb. unsalted butter, softened to room temperature
3 T. ground cinnamon
1 1/2 T. sugar
1/4 C. maple syrup
Mix all ingredients. Place in parchment paper and mold to desired shape. Refrigerate to harden. Serve on top of tortillas.
Makes about 32 servings (1 tablespoon each)
