Orange Butter Cream Squares
CRUST:
1 1/4 Cups (about 25) Finely Crushed Chocolate Wafer Cookies
1/3 Cup Butter -- softened
FILLING:
1 1/2 Cups Powdered Sugar
1/3 Cup Butter -- softened
2 Teaspoons Grated Orange Peel
1 Tablespoon Milk
1/2 Teaspoon Vanilla
GLAZE:
1 Tablespoon Butter -- melted
1 Tablespoon Unsweetened Cocoa
Recipe
In medium bowl stir together all crust ingredients. Press on bottom of 9
inch square pan. Cover; refrigerate until firm (1 hour).
In small mixer bowl combine all filling ingredients. Beat at medium speed until creamy. Spread over crust.
In small bowl combine all glaze ingredients; drizzle over filling.
Refrigerate until firm (1 to 2 hours). cut into bars; store in refrigerator. 25 bars.
