Peanut Butter Granola bars'

Ingredients
1 cup honey
¾ cup peanut butter, or other nut butter
1 tsp. vanilla
3 cups gluten free rolled oats
½ cup shredded coconut (sugar free, sulfur free)
1 cup raw nuts of choice, chopped
Directions
Mix honey and nut butter together in a pan over low heat until it bubbles gently, then continue to stir for 2 minutes. Remove from heat.
Add vanilla, then nut and grain mixture. Spread evenly over a 9x13 pan. Cover with waxed paper and press down firmly to compress mixture. Let cool completely. Cut into individual sized servings and wrap in waxed paper. Store in refrigerator.
