4 eggs
2 cups sugar
1 cup oil
1 tsp. vanilla
2 cups pumpkin
2 cups flour
1 tsp. soda
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 cup chopped nuts (optional)



Recipe



Mix eggs, sugar, vanilla and oil. Add pumpkin and mix well. Combine the dry ingredients and add to the egg mixture. Add nuts if desired. Bake on a long greased cookie sheet at 350 degrees for about 25 minutes or until done.
