Quick & Delicious Lemon Bars:

1 pkg. of Angel Food Cake mix $1.88
1 can lemon pie filling 1.58
2 T. grated lemon rind .05
Confectioners sugar .20

Total: $3.76




Recipe



Mix together the cake mix and the lemon pie filling, and lemon peel pour into an un-greased 9 x 13 glass baking dish. Bake for 50 minutes at 350 degrees. or until center is set. Cool and sprinkle with the Confectioners sugar.
