    Raspberry Fudge Bars

    1/2 cup butter or margarine
    4 ounces baking chocolate
    4 eggs
    2 cups granulated sugar
    1 teaspoon vanilla extract
    1 cup all-purpose flour
    1/8 teaspoon salt
    2 (10 ounce) packages frozen sweetened
    raspberries, thawed and drained

    Recipe



    Melt butter and chocolate in saucepan, stirring to mix well. Cool slightly.

    Beat eggs in mixer bowl. Add sugar, vanilla extract and chocolate mixture; mix well. Stir in mixture of flour and salt. Fold in raspberries gently. Spoon into 9 x 13-inch baking pan sprayed with nonstick cooking spray. Bake at 350 degrees F for 30 minutes or until edges pull from sides of pan. Cool on wire rack. Cut into bars.
