Mrs. Dash Salt-Free Seasoning Substitute
½ cup crushed dried minced onion flakes
2 Tbsp + 2 tsp crushed dried vegetable flakes
2 Tbsp garlic powder
2 Tbsp dried orange peel
1 Tbsp + 1 tsp freshly ground black pepper
2 tsp dried parsley
1 tsp dried basil
1 tsp coriander
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp dried marjoram
1 tsp dried mustard
1 tsp dried oregano
1 tsp dried savory
1 tsp dried thyme
1 tsp cayenne pepper
½ tsp celery seed
½ tsp unsweetened lemonade drink mix
¼ tsp crushed dried rosemary
Recipe
Mix all in a food processor or blender.
Store in a covered container or a sealed shaker bottle.
Yields ~ 1 1/3 cups
