Louisiana Crawfish Pasta
14 oz.Louisiana crawfish (you can use shrimp)
10 oz frozen Seasoning mix (onions,celery, green peppers, garlic)
4 Tbsp. butter
8 oz evaporated milk
6 oz kraft pasteurized processes cheese with jalapeños
8 oz whole wheat pasta
Instructions:
saute seasoning mix in butter, add crawfish, saute until pink,
add milk and cheese, cook over low heat until well blended and creamy.
Serve over whole wheat pasta.q
