    Ingredients

    * 8 chicken breasts, skinned
    * 1 can cream of chicken soup
    * 1 C. white cooking wine
    * 1 Tbs. basil
    * Salt and pepper to taste
    * 3-1/2 oz. jar chopped pimento, drained
    * 1 cup sour cream
    * Wild rice

    Directions

    Place chicken breasts in a large pan so that meat is in a single layer. Combine soup, wine, basil, salt, and pepper. Pour mixture over chicken and cover container with foil. Bake for 1 hour at 300 degrees. Remove from oven and spread with pimento and sour cream. Return to oven to keep warm. Serve chicken on a bed of wild rice.
