    Liquid Cheese Cake (AKA Buttermilk Shake)

    4 scoops high quality vanilla ice cream
    1 cup buttermilk
    1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
    1 drop lemon extract


    Recipe

    Mix all ingredients in a blender just long enough to blend. Makes 2
