All recipes make 2 servings; all are made by simply mixing all ingredients in a blender until smooth. May be topped with whipped cream, if desired. Serve in martini or wine glasses or other interesting glasses.

Grasshopper

2 tablespoons, green creme de menthe
2 tablespoons, white creme de cacao (cocoa flavored liqueur)
2 large scoops, vanilla ice cream

Mocha

2 tablespoons, Kaluah (or other coffee-flavored liqueur)
2 tablespoons, white creme de cacao
2 large scoops, vanilla ice cream

Brandied Peach

2 tablespoons, brandy
2 tablespoons, Grand Marnier (or other orange-flavored liqueur)
2 large scoops, peach ice cream

Amaretto

2 tablespoons, Amaretto (almond-flavored liqueur)
1 large scoop, orange sherbet
1 large scoop, vanilla ice cream
