Recipe Introduction

Polar bears are the world's largest land carnivore. A male stands between eight and nine feet tall and weighs between 750 and 1400 pounds. They only live in the circumpolar North, and there are five countries where they are found: U. S. (Alaska), Canada, Russia, Denmark (Greenland), and Norway.

Polar Bear Coffee


3/4 ounce peppermint schnapps
3/4 ounce white Creme de Cacao
4 ounces coffee
whipped cream
cocoa powder




Recipe

Add the schnapps and creme de cacao to a heated coffee glass.
Slowly add coffee to the glass; give a little stir.
Top with whipped cream and a light sprinkle of cocoa powder
