    Crystal Lite Smoothie

    6 Ice Cubes
    3 Cups Cold Water
    1 Cup Skim Milk
    1 Tub of Crystal Lite, any flavor
    2 Tablespoons Fat Free Vanilla Yogurt

    Place all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth. There will be
    a lot of foam, so I suggest just putting the mixture in a pitcher and
    refrigerating for about an hour. You can drink it throughout the day.
    This is a great way to help get some milk too!

    Serves: 1 (4.5 Cups)
    Per Serving: 111 Calories; trace Fat (3.9% calories from fat); 10g
    Protein; 17g Carbohydrate; 0g Dietary Fiber; 5mg Cholesterol; 451mg
