Crystal Lite Smoothie
6 Ice Cubes
3 Cups Cold Water
1 Cup Skim Milk
1 Tub of Crystal Lite, any flavor
2 Tablespoons Fat Free Vanilla Yogurt
Place all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth. There will be
a lot of foam, so I suggest just putting the mixture in a pitcher and
refrigerating for about an hour. You can drink it throughout the day.
This is a great way to help get some milk too!
