    Keep it Cool Smoothies from Kneaders

    Blueberry No. 5
    Ingredients:

    * 1 1/2 cups guava juice
    * 1/2 cup pineapple sherbet
    * 1/2 cup non-fat yogurt
    * 1/2 cup blueberries, fresh or frozen
    * 1/2 cup strawberries, fresh or frozen
    * 1/3 ripe banana
    * (If using fresh berries, add one cup ice cubes)

    Method:

    · Combine all ingredients in blender and mix until smooth.

    · Makes two 12 ounce servings.

    Strawberry Tsunami
    Ingredients:

    * 1 1/2 cups cranberry juice
    * Heaping 1/2 cup pineapple sherbet
    * Heaping 1/2 cup non-fat yogurt
    * 1/2 cup strawberries, fresh or frozen
    * 1/2 cup peaches, fresh or frozen
    * (If using fresh fruit, add one cup ice cubes)

    Method:

    · Combine all ingredients in blender and mix until smooth.

    · Makes two 12 ounce servings.

    Going Guava
    Ingredients:
