450g (1lb) of strawberries
115g (4 oz) raspberries
30 ml (2 tbsp) caster sugar/fine white
225ml (8 fl oz) natural bio low fat yogurt
8 ice cubes
Strawberries and raspberries to decorate
Recipe
Place the fruit, caster sugar and yogurt in a food processor or blender and blend until smooth. Pass through a nylon sieve if desired.
Add the ice cubes and pulse until the ice is crushed. Pour into four long glasses and decorate with the strawberries and raspberries.
