List of Ingredients
1 pkg. yeast
2 c. milk
1/4 c. warm water
2 T. melted butter
2 eggs
1 t. salt
1/2 c. sugar
7 - 8 c. flour
Recipe
Dissolve yeast and sugar in very warm water. Add milk ,butter eggs, and beat with a mixer. Add salt then flour gradually while mixing.
Let rise till double in bowl crovered with a damp cloth. Knead until smooth form into loafs and place in Pammed pan. Let bread rise again. Bake at 350 30-45min. Bread will sound hollow when you knock on the crust when it's done. This recipe makes 3 med. size loaves.
Note: Extra dough may be rolled
