    2-one pound loaves frozen bread dough
    1 or 2 heads fresh broccoli
    1 can pitted black olives, chopped
    garlic powder
    olive oil
    red pepper flakes
    grated cheese
    salt and pepper to taste

    Recipe



    Cook broccoli florets - no stems - until tender; drain and chop fine.

    Thaw and flatten out bread loaves into individual long rectangles on floured surface.

    Sprinkle cooled, chopped broccoli (squeeze out any excess water) on top of the flattened bread. Next, sprinkle chopped black olives and red pepper flakes over broccoli. Salt and pepper to taste. Drizzle olive oil sparingly over vegetables, then sprinkle with grated cheese to cover thinly. Sprinkle garlic powder on top of cheese.

    Roll up lengthwise; tuck ends under and pinch short ends closed. Bake on parchment paper covered cookie sheet at 350° F until golden brown. Remove and place on wire racks to cool. Cut into slices and serve with a salad or as an appetizer to your meal. Once baked, this bread can be frozen in freezer paper – simply reheat from frozen state until thawed.
