HEAVENLY BEER MUFFINS:

4 cups biscuit mix dry $ .60

½ stick butter, melted .50

4 T. sugar .25

1 12 oz. can beer (on sale @ 6 for 2.99 .50

Total: $1.85 for 18 or

about .10 each.

Pre heat the oven to 400 degrees. Mix the biscuit mix with the butter, sugar and beer. Spoon into greased and floured muffin tines. (18) Bake 15 to 20 minutes or until golden. These are great leftover with butter and jelly or jam.
