Herbal Corn Bread
2 cups coarse corn meal
2 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 cup sugar
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
2 cups sour cream
2 cups buttermilk
4 eggs
1/2 cup chopped fresh herbs
Recipe
Mix dry ingredients together and set aside. Blend wet ingredients in a
separate bowl. Combine wet and dry ingredients but do not over-mix. Bake
in greased loaf pans or muffin tins at 400F degrees for 12 to 15
minutes, until just starting to brown. Makes one loaf.
