    Homemade Seasoned Croutons



    1 loaf day-old French bread, cubed
    1/2 cup melted butter
    1 teaspoon garlic salt
    1 teaspoon herbs de provence

    Recipe



    Mix the butter, garlic salt and herbs in a small mixing bowl. Place the bread cubes onto a large baking sheet. Drizzle the seasoned butter over the bread cubes and bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes, tossing with a spatula every 5 minutes. Serve the croutons warm.


    Yields Makes 3 cups croutons
