    Maraschino Cherry Nut Bread



    2 eggs

    1 cup sugar

    1 1/2 cup flour

    1/2 tsp. salt

    1 1/2 tsp. baking powder

    1 (8 oz.) jar maraschino cherries, chopped

    Juice from cherries

    1 cup nuts



    Beat eggs and sugar with electric mixer

    Add flour, salt, and baking powder, beat until mixed

    Stir in juice from cherries

    Fold in cherries and nuts

    DO NOT OVER MIX

    Put in a greased loaf pan and bake at 350 for 45 minutes
