    1/2 c. shortening
    4 t. orange juice concentrate
    1 c. sugar
    1/4 c. drained and chopped pineapple
    1 1/2 t. baking powder
    1 3/4 c. flour
    2 eggs
    1/2 c. milk
    2 t. orange zest

    Recipe



    Combine shoirtening,eggs and sugar and cream together. Add milk and rind and mix.Combine with dry ingredients. Place in loaf pan
    sprayed with vegetable oil and bake at 350 for about 1 hr.
