Pumpkin-Raisin Bundt Bread

3 eggs
1&1/2 cups sugar
1&1/2 cups pumpkin puree
1 cup plus 2 Tablsp oil
2 teasp vanilla
2&1/4 cup flour
1&1/2 teasp each: baking powder, soda and salt
2 teasp pumpkin spice mix or use allspice
1/2 cup chopped pecans
1 cup raisins
Recipe
Preheat oven to 350°. In medium sized bowl, beat eggs and sugar til blended. Add pumpkin, oil and vanilla; mix well. Sift flour, soda, baking powder, salt, and pie spice. Add to pumpkin mix and beat. Add pecans and raisins and stir to blend. Use bundt pan and bake for 1 hour, until a toothpick comes out clean.
