    Spicy Applesauce Bread



    1 c. applesauce
    17 oz. Package yellow cake mix
    1/2 t. cinnamon
    4 oz. Pkg. instant pudding mix
    1/2 t. nutmeg
    1/2 c. raisins


    Recipe



    Preheat oven to 350.

    Grease 2 small (5x7-inch) loaf pans.

    Combine applesauce, dry cake mix, cinnamon, dry pudding mix and nutmeg in mixer bowl. Beat at high speed for 4 minutes.

    Fold in raisins.

    Pour into pans. Bake for 35 minutes or until toothpick inserted into center comes out clean.

    Cool in pans for 15 minutes. Remove to wire racks to cool completely.
