To-die-for Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Bread

Ingredients:
2 cups Canned Pumpkin Pie Mix
4 Eggs
1/3 cup Milk
1/3 cup Applesauce
1 t Vanilla
3 cups Sugar
3 ½ cups Flour
1 t Cinnamon
2 t Baking Soda
1 ½ t Salt
1 ½ cups Chocolate Chips
1 ½ cups Walnuts – chopped
Directions:
Pre-heat oven to 325 degrees.
Cream together canned pumpkin pie mix, eggs, milk, applesauce, vanilla and sugar.
Sift together flour, baking soda and salt.
Combine pumpkin mixture and dry ingredients; stir in chocolate chips and chopped walnuts.
Evenly distribute batter into 3 well-butter loaf pans.
Bake for 50-60 minutes.
Allow pumpkin chocolate chip bread to cool in loaf pans for 15 minutes.
After cooling in pans, remove bread and allow to cool completely before slicing.
Slice, serve and ENJOY!
