    BISCUIT MIX

    10 cups all-purpose flour

    1 1/2 cups non-fat dry milk

    1 2/3 cups solid shortning

    1/3 cup baking powder

    2 1/2 teaspoons salt


    Recipe

    Mix dry ingredien thoroughly in a large container (6-8 quart size). Cut in shortning with pastry blender, forks or a mixer until fine crumbs are obtained. Srore tightly, covered, in refridgerator. Use within 3 months. Makes 5 cups of mix.
