    Chocolate Peanut Butter GoLEAN Bar Muffi

    List of Ingredients

    Makes 12 muffins.

    Ingredients:

    1 cup unbleached flour
    1 cup whole wheat flour
    1 cup Honey Puffed Kashi
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    1 tablespoon baking powder
    1/4 cup raw sugar
    1 each egg
    2 tablespoons canola oil
    1 cup fat free soymilk
    1 each Chocolate Peanut Butter GoLEAN Bar (cut into small pieces)


    Recipe

    Directions:

    Mix dry ingredients (except the GoLEAN bar) together in a bowl. In
    another bowl, mix all wet ingredients together. Make a well in the
    dry ingredients and then pour the wet ingredients into the dry. Mix
    together just until moistened (do not over mix). Fold in the Kashi
    GoLEAN Bar pieces until covered. Spray muffin cups with non-stick
    spray. Spoon into cups until 3/4 full. Make sure that the bar pieces
    are covered with batter. Bake at 375 degrees for 15 minutes or until
    top is slightly browned.
