Mincemeat Bran Muffins
2 eggs
1 cup white sugar
3/4 cup vegetable oil
1 cup milk
1 cup All Bran
2 cups flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1-1/2 teaspoon baking soda
Pinch of salt
1 cup mincemeat
Recipe
Mix eggs, sugar, and vegetable oil in a bowl. Add milk, bran cereal, flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Mix together and add mincemeat. Bake for 20 minutes at 350 degrees.
This recipe is good in the refrigerator up to one month, so you can double it. These muffins make the house smell delicious! And they taste as good as they smell.
