Add the sugar and cinnamon in a pkg of muffin mix.
Follow the directions on the box

I tried this in a pinch once and had rave reviews. Our school principal introduced me as the lady who made fabulous blueberry muffins for the longest time. Naturally the recipe is a family secret !!
