Biscuit Breakfast Sandwiches

1 1/2 cups of all-purpose flour
· 1 tablespoon baking powder
· 1 tablespoon sugar
· 1 teaspoon salt
· 1/4 cup of shortening or butter or margarine
· 3/4 cup of milk
· 6 eggs
· 1 tablespoon of butter or margarine
· 6 slices process American
· 6 slices fully
Recipe
In a bowl, combine dry ingredients; cut in shortening, until crumbly. Stir in milk just until moistened.
Turn onto a lightly floured surface; knead five to six times. Roll to 1/2 inch thickness; cut with a 2 inch - 3 inch biscuit cutter.
Place on an ungreased baking sheet. bake at 450 degrees for 12-15 minutes or until light golden brown; cool slightly.
In a skillet over medium heat, fry eggs in butter until completely set. Split the biscuits; place cheese, hot eggs and ham on bottoms. replace tops and serve immediately.
