    Biscuits and Sausage Gravy (the easy version)

    1 pkg. refrigerated biscuits (10 biscuits) -- (7 1/2 oz.)
    1 tube mild or hot pork sausage -- (16 oz.)
    3 Tbsps. all-purpose flour
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 1/2 cups milk
    1 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley

    Recipe



    Bake the biscuits according to the package directions.

    Meanwhile, in a large skillet, cook the sausage over medium-high heat for 6-8 minutes, or until no pink remains, stirring to crumble the meat. Add the flour; mix well. Add the Worcestershire sauce and milk; mix well. Cook for 2-4 minutes, or until the gravy thickens, stirring constantly.
    Serve over the biscuits.

    4-6 servings
