Breakfast Brulee

* 1 Cup McCann's Steel Cut Irish Oatmeal
* 8 oz caramelized & spiced pecans or walnuts
* 8 oz blueberries
* 8 oz bananas
* 6-8 oz brown sugar
* raisins & favorite fruits fresh or dried
Sprinkle 1 cup oatmeal into four cups boiling, continually stirring. When oatmeal begins to thicken reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes. Short cut tip: Soak oats the night before and cut cooking time in half.
Remove from heat top with assorted fruits and pecans. Cover with brown sugar and blow torch (using a kitchen torch) the sugar until golden brown. Serve with cream, if feeling indulgent, or low fat milk.
