Here is a good coffee dunking cake

List of Ingredients


2 cups sugar
1/2 cup Crisco
2 eggs
1 cup buttermilk
3 cups flour
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla
1 bottle of sugar/cinnamon mix




Recipe

Cream sugar and shortening and add eggs and buttermilk and mix. Add
baking powder, soda and salt into flour in sifter and sift into batter
and mix. Add vanilla and put in a greased and floured 9 by 13 cake pan
or 2 layer layer cake pans. Then take sugar cinnamon mix and dust top of
cake till it is brown. Bake at 350º for about 45 minutes or till it
passes the toothpick test.
