Dash of extra virgin olive oil
1/4 cup onions, chopped
1/4 cup bell peppers, chopped
1/4 cup pepperoncini peppers chopped
1/4 cup sauerkraut
1/4 cup ham
1 1/2 cup potatoes
1/4 cup cheese
Precook potatoes and dice. Put olive oil in skillet over medium heat. Add onions, peppers, pepperoncini, sauerkraut, and ham. The add potatoes, and cheese
Season with salt and pepper. Saute about 5 minutes.
