Healthy Breakfast Cookies
1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup peanut butter
1 1/2 cups honey
2 eggs
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 cups flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
3 cups rolled oats
1 cup coconut
3/4 cup bran
1/4 cup wheat germ
1 cup raisins
1/2 cup chopped peanuts
Recipe
Cream, butter, peanut butter and honey. Add eggs and vanilla, then beat well. Stir in flour, salt and baking soda until very smooth. Add remaining ingredients and blend well. Drop by teaspoonful onto greased cookie sheets. Bake at 375°F for 10 to 20 minutes, depending on the size of the cookies.
