Muffaletta Omelette

3 Eggs
1oz Ham (diced)
1oz Mortadella (diced)
1oz Genoa Salami (diced)
2 slices Swiss Cheese
1 slice Provolone
2oz Olive Salad (or to taste)
Heat a skillet or griddle, melt butter or spray with vegetable oil so eggs do not stick.
Place all three meats into pan and fry slightly, then remove from pan to drain.
Pour eggs into the center of the pan and allow to fan out.
Once eggs stop running, pour most of the fried meats into the center of the eggs.
Allow the eggs to cook through then fold eggs to close the omelette and turn it over to seal.
Place Cheese, Olive Salad, and remaining meats on top and allow the cheese to melt.
