    Try our Sausage Gravy over Biscuits recipe. It's true comfort food brought to you by Shirley J Universal Sauce. Simply make a delightful gravy bundled with down-home flavor from the country sausage. Then, smother over Shirley J biscuits and you've made yourself a hearty meal in minutes.

    Ingredients:
    1 lb. country-style sausage
    1½ c. Shirley J Universal Sauce
    6 c. water
    10-12 biscuits
    (from Shirley J Universal Biscuit & Baking Mix)

    Directions:
    Brown sausage in skillet over medium heat; drain excess drippings from cooked meat and discard. Combine water and Universal Sauce in separate bowl, stir, and add directly to skillet containing cooked sausage. Bring mixture to a slow boil and simmer five minutes. Serve over Shirley J biscuits.
