    Strawberry Filled Pancakes

    Filling:
    1 cup sour cream
    1 cup softened cream cheese
    1/4 cup powdered sugar
    1 tsp. Vanilla
    1/4 cup strawberry jam

    Your own pancake batter

    Recipe



    Make pancakes. Keep pancakes warm with waxed paper between layers on a
    Cookie sheet in a 200 degree oven. Mix all filling ingredients in
    Medium bowl with electric mixer. Spread 1 T. Filling on each pancake
    And fold over. Place 3 filled pancakes on each plate, sprinkle with
    Powdered sugar and top with fresh strawberries
