    Banana Pudding Cake

    1 or 2 ripe bananas

    1 box of yellow cake mix

    1 box ( small) banana cream instant pudding and pie filling

    Slice bananas into a large mixer bowl, beat until well mashed

    Add remaining ingredients

    Blend, then beat at medium speed for 2 minutes

    Pour into a well greased and floured Bundt pan

    Bake at 350 fro 60-70 minutes

    Cool for about 10 minutes

    Remove from pan and finish cooling on rack

    Sprinkle with Confectioners if desired

    If a 13x9 inch pan is used, bake for 50-55 minutes
